Hi everyone – The Menu for our Spirituality and the Ethics of Eating will feature
7 sacred grains from around the world – and we’ll have a handout to take home which gives their fascinating backgrounds. I sampled a few of the dishes the other day; and the food will be delicious -
I am really looking forward to our program which will feature a panel of students from 4 of our many faith traditions – Buddhism, Christianity, Islam, Judaism, who will share their understanding of the meaning that motivates their commitments to food issues.
